Somehow my oil change took over 3 hrs? I got there on time for 915 and waited for someone to come over. Talked to the desk guy about what I wanted done. (I had another appointment at 130). I went back at 1115, checked in w him and he said he was cashing someone else out and then would check on my car. I sat in the waiting area. He never came by. Car was finally done at 1250. For an oil change. More
