Horrible experience! I made reservation for state inspection for 11/20 morning 8:30am, and dropped off my car at 6pm 11/19 hoping my car can be done on time before I use I made reservation for state inspection for 11/20 morning 8:30am, and dropped off my car at 6pm 11/19 hoping my car can be done on time before I used for the rest of the day. Gabrielle left a message at 7:30am asking me to confirm my approval of the $35 fee. I called back at 8:40am and talked to another lady. She had no clue why I called and I explained to her 3 times and asked her to notify Gabrielle. She still promised. I waited 6 hours and called in asking why my car not ready. A lady transferred me an advisor's voice mail. I left voice mail. No one called back. Around 5pm, Gabrielle emailed me asking for approval. I was surprised!!! Gabrielle handled it quickly and nicely. My car is done in 30 minutes. I'm very disappointed with the lady who I spoke with in the morning and the advisor who received my voice mail but never returned. I left voice mail for service manager as well. He never called back. Thanks Gabrielle for her quick help eventually. More
