I have been going here for 7 years. Usually service takes about the time estimated. This service was supposed to take 90 minutes. After 2 hours I inquired and was told they were running Usually service takes about the time estimated. This service was supposed to take 90 minutes. After 2 hours I inquired and was told they were running behind it would be another 30 minutes. It was another 2 hours before my car was ready. I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience I hope this was an exception ! More

My first time so cannot compare, but everything went well. People were friendly and helpful. Did not take long and waiting area was comfortable. This is a much bigger car dealership than any experience well. People were friendly and helpful. Did not take long and waiting area was comfortable. This is a much bigger car dealership than any experienced since 1978, so was a bit intimidating. Shall probably get use it this place after my next service trips. More
