After I purchased the truck (signed the papers) the communication with the dealership has been very poorly. I was told that my truck was ready for pickup but it wasn't. The 2 chrome pieces on the rear communication with the dealership has been very poorly. I was told that my truck was ready for pickup but it wasn't. The 2 chrome pieces on the rear bumper wasn't installed and I still don't know what's going on with my 3" lift kit. I got the truck Saturday and today is Wednesday and just know I am getting my truck inspected. I had to call my insurance agent to see if she could help me with the situation even her contact the dealership. I called Robert Terrell and Tony a few times to see if they could speed up the process for me but I felt that they didn't care. Like I said when I was negotiating the truck I had all the attention but after I signed the papers my treatment has been completely different. More

The process was frustrating and not followed through properly. The salesman (not George) didn't follow through on so many details. The financial person was fine, but now I find out that I have to cancel the plates on the old vehicle which I was NEVER TOLD and have paid insurance for a month on a vehicle that you now own. The selection at this dealership was good, but the process was poor. Perhaps if I worked with someone else it would have been better, but I'll have to really think hard before returning. More
