O I recently purcharsed a RAV4 from Westboro. The sales dept was excellent. They had my car ready 2 days ahead of the promised date. Everything in the car was as promised. I saw in my app that the air pressure in one of the wheels was 6-7 psi lower than other tires. I took my care back. Within a few minutes they readjusted all 4 tires to 40psig. No waiting. They also explained all the functions and controls in the car before I left. I love their sales and service teams. More

After I purchased the truck (signed the papers) the communication with the dealership has been very poorly. I was told that my truck was ready for pickup but it wasn't. The 2 chrome pieces on the rear bumper wasn't installed and I still don't know what's going on with my 3" lift kit. I got the truck Saturday and today is Wednesday and just know I am getting my truck inspected. I had to call my insurance agent to see if she could help me with the situation even her contact the dealership. I called Robert Terrell and Tony a few times to see if they could speed up the process for me but I felt that they didn't care. Like I said when I was negotiating the truck I had all the attention but after I signed the papers my treatment has been completely different. More

The financial person was fine, but now I find out that I have to cancel the plates on the old vehicle which I was NEVER TOLD and have paid insurance for a month on a vehicle that you now own. The selection at this dealership was good, but the process was poor. Perhaps if I worked with someone else it would have been better, but I'll have to really think hard before returning. More
