There is no proper way to deal with parts, service and sales department. I have to get a part that wasn’t installed when I bought my vehicle due to parts shortage. I’m not sure this is even your fault but after having my tires rotated there my car was making a horrible noise. Brought it to my regular mechanic and he said somehow my lug nuts were backing off of my tire tires rotated there my car was making a horrible noise. Brought it to my regular mechanic and he said somehow my lug nuts were backing off of my tire. He retourqued the wheels and did a safety check for me. The noise didn’t happen right away so like I say, I’m not sure it was your fault. More
