I had a tough time getting to Juan. I was told my car would be ready in 90 mins. But I had to call Juan at least 3 times to know when my car will be ready and he wouldn’t respond/call b I was told my car would be ready in 90 mins. But I had to call Juan at least 3 times to know when my car will be ready and he wouldn’t respond/call back despite leaving voice messages. Finally he called close to end of the day to say I can pick up. I under Delays happen. But I expect some communication. After service, my car still shows ‘’maintenance required’. I called again to ask why I see the message and if I need to do something else. No response till now. I wish I don’t have to work with him again. He is either too busy or too rude. More
