Brought my car to the dealership for a repair estimate. 5 hours later with no phone call I returned to the dealership and found out they had dented my car, broken a taillight and broke the trunk off the hi 5 hours later with no phone call I returned to the dealership and found out they had dented my car, broken a taillight and broke the trunk off the hinges. Told me that I brought it to them broken like that and was not responsible for the damage. Did not respond to my phone calls and lied to me. Only after days of negotiations I agreed to pay for the parts to fix the damage they caused. More

Horrible communication No call back when I was told I would get one. Didn't want to help when I had a vibration while driving.
