Checking in is a simple as name and reason for visit. I showed up early for the appointment and the idea was check in and go catch work meetings remote from the waiting room/cafe. I had to wait in my truck for over 1/2 hour til anyone came to check me in. I was also told I couldn’t keep the engine running. A woman in the line in front of me escalated her frustration with the wait and they brought in someone other than what appeared to be the 1 check in person. I was also irritated on the quote presented. It didn’t include fees and taxes. I used this dealer simply because it’s close to work. Even if I break down in front of the dealership I will tow it to an alternate dealer. More
