Came here for full detailing but the quality of the work didn’t seem up to par as other times. There were still stains on the interior of the front doors that I was able to remove after with a Lysol wipe. M didn’t seem up to par as other times. Since we were on a vacation from Pittsburgh, our car was leaking fluid we needed to have it checked out for the next part of our trip. The service writer was perfectly fine. I bought tires at Westboro Toyota in 2022 and brought my van in to investigate three leaky tires this week. One tire had a puncture that was repaire I bought tires at Westboro Toyota in 2022 and brought my van in to investigate three leaky tires this week. One tire had a puncture that was repaired under the road hazard warranty (pro-rated). The other two had leaks around the valve stem/TPS on the rim. I declined to get the TPS problem fixed at Toyota and went to a different shop the next day. This shop pointed out that the valve stem (RF) had been sealed with some kind of glue, and it looked as if someone tried to tape the TPS, which had broken off, to the rim. Until yesterday, only Westboro Toyota has handled these wheels since the new tires were installed. My other shop reported the detached TPS immediately, but no mention was made of it Wednesday at Westboro Toyota. Only the need for new "Fit Kits" for the TPS was suggested, with no mention of a completely detached TPS. So was the TPS broken off by Toyota in the past? Or did they see it and repeatedly ignore it? I spent over two hours waiting for this terrible outcome in Westboro, plus the time spent correcting it in my Northborough shop. More
