Took car in at appointment time and it took over 20 minutes to drop care off. Picked car up at end of day and car wasn't fixed. Had to drop car off the next day to get software update. I have been an on and off customer since 1977, Arthur Tonnelli sold me my first new Toyota. Also there was a mechanic that worked there that I wholly trusted. I've done business with other Toyota Dealers Tonnelli sold me my first new Toyota. Also there was a mechanic that worked there that I wholly trusted. Jody was very quick to greet me. When car was serviced she had let me know when it was done and had it pulled right around to the front for me to get back easily.
