I take my car for oil change they told me on the phone 15 minutes when I get there they told me one hour and half. And it 2 hours and half . It took almost 2. 5 hours for a state inspection. My local gas station gets this done in 30 minutes. I also had to go ask whether my car was ready. I saw it outside and 5 hours for a state inspection. My local gas station gets this done in 30 minutes. I also had to go ask whether my car was ready. I saw it outside and nobody said anything. Overall there is a great opportunity for improvement at this dealership. Just visit the Lexus dealership across the street and you can observe how customer service should be. More
