It seems like we could have been told about some of the required steps, such as unfreezing our Experian credit file, Beforehand. Two other items: (1) The fact that there is a $2,000 limit on Credit card charges; (2) The amount of a Cashier's Check that would be needed, which, in turn, would have enabled me to have the Cashier's Check on hand to expedite the Lease process. Having said all that …. Much of the problem was on ME, due to my desire to retain my vanity plate on a leased vehicle. I’m guessing that aspect of the process was a learning experience for all involved. EVERY staff member was uniformly terrific to work with. More

I only went in for a basic service. Upon leaving the dealership, I noticed my low pressure guage was not disabled. The technician had also reset my dash screen and not returned it to the screen I had set. All in all, I felt it was a sloppy job for a simple service. More
