What should have been the easiest car buying experience ever turned into a week of no communication from them on pick up date. They delayed in requesting the necessary stamp from insurance and insisted it ever turned into a week of no communication from them on pick up date. JD Janes was a shining light, driving out of his way to get a signature to save me a trip. I called to speak to the GM twice and never received a call back. Cash deal. Should have been registered in 2 days TOPS. Disappointed More
