Overall I would not recommend, you have to DOUBLE and TRIPLE check these people. I traded my car in, let the manager know I had an offer from another Toyota, they pushed me through the paperwork so fast TRIPLE check these people. I traded my car in, let the manager know I had an offer from another Toyota, they pushed me through the paperwork so fast I didn’t notice they were short $1,300 from the offer. I then had to wait a week for the car, and had to go back for registration, inspection and to get the alignment I asked for BEFORE I got the car, I had 3 lights out, coolant reservoir was low, rear view mirror tarnished and loose, I also found the the airbox compartment was damaged when they sold it to me and they refused to fix it under warranty because it’s “not safety related”. Overall I do not recommend this place, Sean however was extremely nice and did as much as he could being a salesperson. More

The service here has gone way down in the past year. I was kept waiting for 2-1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation without anyone coming to give me an update. I don't know how long I would have been waiting if I hadn't gone looking for someone, anyone to give me an update. The best part of my story is that as I stood waiting for my "paperwork" which would take another 25 minutes, I watched as a man got into my car that was parked outside. I just assumed that he was doing the final cleaning and didn't give it another thought until I went to get my car (again, 25 minutes later) and he was still in my car. He was clearly taking a break or something. He had readjusted all my seat settings and gave me some lame excuse about how my car had a number on the rear view mirror and that usually means the car is waiting to be worked on. It took me a really long time to get my seat back to a comfortable setting. I will never go back here again. More
