When I booked my appt that morning I was given a choice of several afternoon times and was told there were many open slots. I was told that the service would take 2 hours. I had to wait 3 hours until they started the 2 hours of work. They way overbooked and I spent 5 hours there for rear brakes. There was no place to sit, a crowd waiting for hours and hours for simple work, not just me. My/our time is valuable and this shows no respect for your customers to overbook like that . Really bad booking and customer service. Not John's fault, the fault of those booking and management. I have been a long standing customer bought my car from you and had all of my service done at Westboro for the past 7 yrs till now. Spent thousands and thousands on maintenance with you through the years. Really angry when I left and still am. More
Terrible experience with sales department and their manager, Tony, who were lying about everything. They don’t care about customer’s time at all. They invited me to test drive a car that they didn’t ha manager, Tony, who were lying about everything. They don’t care about customer’s time at all. They invited me to test drive a car that they didn’t have in their inventory and when I arrived after almost an hour drive and waiting in the waiting room for 15 minutes, one of the sell personnel informed me that the car was sold just half an hour ago. They offered me another car to just sit in it to experience the feel of it! Overall very rude and liar group of people that I would never recommend them for any type of businesses. More

My appointment was at 10:45. Was told it wouldn’t take more then two hours. When I called at 1:40 they haven’t even looked at my car for the safety recall that I keep getting bot Was told it wouldn’t take more then two hours. When I called at 1:40 they haven’t even looked at my car for the safety recall that I keep getting bothered to get done. I made my appointment three days prior. They made all the excuses they could think of telling me it would be ready by 4. I told them that wasn’t acceptable and I was picking my car up because I didn’t plan on it being an all day thing. The person who brought me to drop it off had plans at 3 I couldn’t make them wait and waste their day as well. I got no apologies just brushed off like I didn’t matter. I thought safety recalls were important I guess not to them. More
I came in for service and along with the oil change they performed a multi point inspection but never put air in my tires. I specifically made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait too long but it is al performed a multi point inspection but never put air in my tires.
