I bought my car new at the Westboro Toyota dealership in 2022. I did all service for it at the dealership. My tires needed to be replaced after 26,000 miles. Jody told me that the tires were overinflated wh 2022. I did all service for it at the dealership. My tires needed to be replaced after 26,000 miles. Jody told me that the tires were overinflated which resulted in uneven wear. We never touched the air in the tires. It was as it came off the factory belt. The car had several services, and I mentioned it each time that the car is shaking on the highway. How come that nobody picked up on the overinflated tires until they were ruined???? Now with the new tires there is no shake at all. Also, the wait time is incredibly long. Oil changes take on average 1.5 hours. This time I spent 3 hours at the dealership. I am also shocked how much is not covered by the extended warranty. You should make it much more clear that most things are not covered. I want to make sure that none of my frustrations count against Jody. She was incredibly helpful, informative, kind and patient. More

Jodi did fine but the service manager was terrible. I was assured by the service manager they would be and then he refused to cover them. I also asked for him to give me a call back to discuss on a Monday morning and he called Tuesday afternoon and left a message that he would be out until Thursday and maybe we could touch base then. I decided to turn my lease in and move on due to the unethical and unprofessional behavior regarding the issue with the liftgate. Jess in sales was great. She was helpful and resolved my issues quickly. More
