Since January 2002, my wife and I have purchased two new Toyota Camrys from Westboro Toyota. Both sales were complete with expert-honest advise and information concerning the value and financial investment Toyota Camrys from Westboro Toyota. Both sales were complete with expert-honest advise and information concerning the value and financial investment for both vehicles. Both vehicles receive all servicing from this dealership and ALL of the service staff have consistently provided the level of service that I would expect to satisfy my motor vehicle needs. Excellent is the one word that best describes Westboro Toyota. More

I wanted to destroy this place on here but after reading the reviews I don't have the heart. Listen, all dealerships are the same. Some may be better but basically the same. I only dealt with this place. Ne the reviews I don't have the heart. Listen, all dealerships are the same. Some may be better but basically the same. I only dealt with this place. Never got close to a deal done so I didn't have to go through what I have been reading. My grip is something different. An appointment made that didn't need to be made. They knew the situation and still tried to get me in there to pay hundreds more per month for a vehicle that I already made a deal on with another dealership. Why they would think I would pay them thousands more is beyond me. But that's their job. They think we are all stupid. And sorry to say, most people are. The reason for this review is the one thing that got me. During negotiations everyone knows it takes a good four to six times back and forth. sometimes more. I got one!!!! The snake oil salesman gave me one price and one payment option. I started to explain why I couldn't do what he had written for numbers on his little piece of paper and was greeted with a hand in front of my face. "Thanks" he said and his hand held out for the good bye handshake. I still to this day can not believe it. Not even one go back to the smug finance guy. It was decided after about three minutes being there that I would not be buying from these guys and I was the one treated like they were doing me a favor by giving me a price of thousands more than I could pay the next guy. So that tells me this place only wants the people that don't have a clue buying from them. The uneducated and uniformed. But Someone that challenges them gets the instant good bye. Which turns out to be a good thing. I guess I should be happy about it and not upset. So furious I drove to my original dealer (instead of still shopping around) made the deal for thousands less than these guys offered and am now driving my beautiful new vehicle. They must be different than all the other Toyota dealers that thrive of good reviews and surveys. And I guess they don't have a quota to hit on new car sales. Must be nice. So bottom line here folks is, if you know what you are doing. If you know how the get a decent deal. If you know how to buy a new car. If you are used to going back and forth instead of taking their first offer which is the highest(their not gonna give you the lowest first try) then don't come here. Not that type of place. Can't tell you about the rest of the stuff because I was handshake out the door.....haha THANK GOD for that!!!!! And I'm not mentioning any names. Not that this type of place would do anything about it but no need to get certain people in trouble. Let's just assume that they are all the same type of people here. since I only had about thirty minutes here, I will give the benefit of the doubt to them and say the three people I dealt with just were having a bad day or something??(Yes I know it would be a huge coincidence for three people to all be having a bad day at the same exact time. But, you never know) More
I bought my 2000 Tundra at Westboro Toyota. It now has over 318,000 miles and still runs great. I've had all maintenance & repair work done at your facility. I met Eric Seidl shortly after he began employ over 318,000 miles and still runs great. I've had all maintenance & repair work done at your facility. I met Eric Seidl shortly after he began employment in Westboro and he has been my primary contact to date. As always, Eric has been extremely helpful whenever I've had a problem or question regarding my vehicle. I was in the other day with a defective radiator and Eric helped me through the entire process of diagnosis to repair. He's great at customer service and should be considered a valuable member to your team. Thanks to Eric & Westboro Toyota I'm looking to 400,000 miles or more with my truck. More

Westboro Toyota was recommended to us by a friend so we thought we would check it out. We first spoke with Luiz Angelo when we arrived and he was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and the app thought we would check it out. We first spoke with Luiz Angelo when we arrived and he was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and the approximate price I wanted to pay for a vehicle. He had Jamie McDonald bring a Corolla around so that I could test drive it. Jamie came with me on the test drive and was extremely educated as he told us about the Corolla we were thinking of buying. He was friendly and easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. After the test drive we sat down with Luiz and he helped us get to the monthly payment we were looking for. We actually ended up leasing the Toyota Rav 4 for about the same monthly payment as the Corolla and it's brand new! Jose Ortiz was just as great in explaining the paperwork, since this was our first leased vehicle. There was never a moment from start to finish that we didn't feel that our business was appreciated. The entire staff at Westboro Toyota was wonderful and from now on we will be buying all of our vehicles here! More
We reported a noise coming from the front suspension during a scheduled oil change. The tech informed us that since the front bumper and hood were replaced because of an accident the warranty was void? during a scheduled oil change. The tech informed us that since the front bumper and hood were replaced because of an accident the warranty was void? We had to pay out of pocket to have them look into the noise and then we weren't even given the results because we didn't want to pay more? This is for a 2010 Toyota? Yes, we think the BBB will hear about this. More
Miguel Ruiz was an excellent salesperson and made me feel very comfortable during this process. He was not pushy at all, and was well informed despite the fact that I was buying a used Subaru that had been t very comfortable during this process. He was not pushy at all, and was well informed despite the fact that I was buying a used Subaru that had been traded-in. I was in again today to make the deal and I worked with Miguel and then Julio Ortiz in financing. Julio was also professional and explained everything to me in clear terms. He also worked on the rate for me, which was greatly appreciated. He made what can be a tedious and confusing hour of signing papers into a friendly and comfortable environment. Michael Norwood, the Business Development Manager, emailed me back quickly and was friendly, polite, and did not pressure me at all. His online communication definitely made me want to come into the dealership in the first place. I know from talking to people today that making a nicer buying experience and having great customer service is a priority at this dealership. I think the efforts especially of these three individuals were excellent. I wasn't buying new or even in the same brand, which shows even more how amazing it is that these three treated me so well. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
It has been almost a year sense I purchased from this dealership and I still feel sick to my stomach about the whole experience. I am not going into great detail, but if you want to feel pushed around an dealership and I still feel sick to my stomach about the whole experience. I am not going into great detail, but if you want to feel pushed around and lied to go here. If you are looking for a certified Toyota go somewhere else. They will sell it as certified vehicle, but when you get home problems start and you have to bring it back to them. They will repair the vehicle and charge the certified insurance that you paid for. Also they like to put the wrong parts in and risk your life! They have a scam going and even Toyota head quarters ( who I spoke to several times ) didn't seem to care about this fraudulent practice. If you read other similar reviews, I'm not the first person to go down this road with Westboro Toyota and Toyota head quarters. I am proud to say that over the last year I have talked three people out of purchasing another Toyota. One of them were going to go to Westboro. In short It pays to know salesman who drive 35000 miles a year and need new vehicles every year or two. I only wrote this to warn people, not to gain anything. If you are going to buy vehicle, read the reviews and find a dealership that is going to show you truly certified vehicles and some respect. More
This dealership is one of the worst. I could felt like i was in a shark pool the moment I walked in. I called ahead for a test drive appt. I was told the car would be ready out front ready to drive when I a was in a shark pool the moment I walked in. I called ahead for a test drive appt. I was told the car would be ready out front ready to drive when I arrived. When I got there, the salesman Mike Norwood kept delaying, and then pushed me off to another salesman who had to get the car and bring it around. I told him I was not there to buy today, I just wanted to test drive the car to see what it was like. After filling out the usual questionairre, (he asked how I was going to finance my purchase) we finally got to try the car. I sat in the car and it was dirty and smelled like a dog had lived in it. There was dander, hair, and scratches in the interior. The salesman blamed the smell on someone who had been in the car. I do not understand how it is they would not prep a car before making it available to test drive. When I said "we are done here, this car stinks!" The salesman kept pushing me to come inside so he could give me his card. Needless to say, I walked away and drove home. I will never return and do not recommend you ever visit this dealership. More
