The respect for customer’s time is non existent. It is always 15 more minutes and 1 hour passes. Be honest and l will go get lunch and come back. Financing had a terrible rate. Service was extremely slow ,when I arrived I waited 17 minutes before being greeted. There were 2 other cars waiting as well longer than me. I was told it would be approximately an hour, it took just unde minutes before being greeted. There were 2 other cars waiting as well longer than me. Took me in for my appointment about 15 mins late. Long check in process, you will need at least an extra half hour after your check in time before they are done with you.
