This past Friday I finally felt like I had enough information to battle for a fair deal. I walked into the building and was greated by Orlando Rodriguez, he introduced himself and asked what type of vehicle I was looking for and If I had an appointment. I explained that I was interested in the new Tacoma and wanted to take one for a test drive. He introduced me to my sales associate Emma. She walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. We took the Tacoma for a drive and She went over all of the new features. When we got back to the showroom, I was expecting the pressure to start. But I was wrong. They made me a more than fair offer for my trade and were right where I was expecting to pay for the new Tacoma. I was completely blown away with how easy they made the process, I didn't have to haggle at all. My doctor thanks you for not raising my blood pressure any higher than it already is. What I learned is that you should buy a car not based on price, as most dealerships will price match, but buy on service. Dealerships have different regional service managers, and Westboro Toyota went the extra mile for me. They did what the others would not do. They value loyalty and customer satisfaction.
