Meeting Erin Gallant was the best thing that could happen to me. I told her I was new at this and she immediately was able to put me at ease with her warm smile and caring way. She provided all the information I needed to understand all aspects of financing, purchasing and the quality of the car I wanted. During the process of establishing my car insurance the insurance co. closed for the day. I did not have a ride home so Erin immediately volunteered to drive me home and when she found out I wouldn't have a ride to my dentist the next day she picked me up and drove me to my doctor. I'm a 65 yr old woman ,educated but totally naive in certain transactions I left Westboro Toyota feeling confident. Erin made me feel so cared about.
