We were there for a long period of time, However considering the fact that the employees there were very friendly and patient to answer all of our questions our time there was not at all unpleasant. considering the fact that the employees there were very friendly and patient to answer all of our questions our time there was not at all unpleasant. Mr. David J. Chapin took really good care of us, taking extra time to show us several vehicles, answering our questions and explaining each of the gadgets in each of the different models. We are happy customers and we thank the Westboro Toyota for having such great employees :) More

We were in the market for a Venza. Our salesman, Sam, was very helpful showing us various models, features, etc.. Prior to coming in we provided details on our trade (year, model, mileage, condition was very helpful showing us various models, features, etc.. Prior to coming in we provided details on our trade (year, model, mileage, condition) and were told the used car manager was "very interested" in our car. When we were at the dealership it became an old, high mileage car that would be tough for them to sell. The initial offer on the trade was very low which we balked at. The salesman then went back to talk with his manager and upped the offer by $2k. At that point we were still aways apart, and then the manager came back with the salesman to negotiate himself. (And each time the salesman went to meet with his manager he took an unusually long amount of time to return.) From there it was questioning where I came up with values, debating how much they could re-sell it for and the need for them to make a profit (which I understood). It was an uncomfortable experience from our perspective and we left without striking a deal, but they provided us with their standing offer when we left. After we left the dealership I never heard from them again, after hearing from them on a regular basis prior to going in. Ultimately we ended up buying a used Venza from another dealership where we had a much better experience. And the value we got on the trade was $3,500 higher than their initial offer, and $1,500 higher than their 2nd offer (which I mention because I don't want this to seem like a customer who is complaining because they had an unrealistic value of their car). Maybe they would have moved more on the price, and dealerships can obviously have different values for trade-ins, but their first offer was so low to the point where I felt like they were trying to pull one over on me. Overall, I wouldn't necessarily discourage people from shopping at Westboro Toyota; the salesmen seem friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We've had the Venza for a week now and love it. But I would make sure to have a good understanding of the value of the car and trade before going in. More
I brought my yaris to another dealer (closer to my home) for a airbag light. I was told by them I needed a whole new harness, for around 1500. I wanted to have another opinion. I went to Westboro and they t for a airbag light. I was told by them I needed a whole new harness, for around 1500. I wanted to have another opinion. I went to Westboro and they told me it was only a recalibration and the cost was only 115. Next time I will not go anywhere els. More

Rude from the start, Major attitude -These guys should not be customer facing or have the word "service" in there title! NOt only rude but They claimed a long list of items needed to be fixed, after being not be customer facing or have the word "service" in there title! NOt only rude but They claimed a long list of items needed to be fixed, after being treated so badly I went with my gut and said no way to the work took to another dealership and they came back with only 2 items (which I knew about) I asked them to double check the others and again all set its been 2 mos and still no issue with other areas as made to FEAR by Westborough! I went in for my first service - 5000 mile service. I worked with Erik and he was great. The wait wasn't very long and they offered snacks and drinks in the waiting room. They even washed and vacuumed my worked with Erik and he was great. The wait wasn't very long and they offered snacks and drinks in the waiting room. They even washed and vacuumed my car for me. As soon as my car was ready, Erik came out to the waiting room to get me and pulled my car up to the door when I was ready to leave. Very friendly and professional. I would definately recommend this dealership. More
Our overall experience was positive. There was no pressure and the salespersons all responded to our personal needs and requests. Our internet request was responded to within 10 minutes and all of our questions were answered before we arrived at the dealership.
