We arrived at the dealership on a Sunday after going to multiple dealerships. I met with Ken and Jeff and told him my bottom line. Within 5 minutes they came back and told me they could do it and we started the process. We were also going out of town on Wednesday so I needed to pick the car up by Tuesday evening. Ken and Jeff worked extra hard to make sure I could pick up the car on Tuesday evening. In total I was at the dealership for probably 4 hours from the time I said hello the first day to the end of the new car inspection and review on Tuesday evening. That's the fastest service I ever had. Ken and Jeff were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and explained all the different options I had when buying the car regarding warranty and features. And more importantly, they were honest and told me when I really didn't need to buy something (like an additional warranty on the tires since it was covered in something else). I will be going back for my next new car to them! More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever My husband and I just bought two new Toyota vehicles from Westboro Toyota. We could not believe how easy it was to purchase these vehicles with their "no hassle pricing". We were very pleased with the trade-in value we received for our old vehicles and the pricing of the new vehicles. They also located the exact vehicle my husband was looking for since it was not on the lot. We received exceptional customer service from everyone we interacted with at the dealership. Ken, our Product Specialist, was very helpful, informative, professional, and was available to answer my questions even on his day off! We were also very impressed with Jeff, the Business Manager. He explained the additional warranties and coverage and let us decide what was best for us! We have been customers of Westboro Toyota for several years but this has by far been the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. The "no hassle pricing" is just that. Helpful, knowledgable I called and spoke with John Anderson to inquire about a specific vehicle I saw online. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner's son, Charlie. He promptly directed us to a sales rep Minh who answered all our questions and explained everything well. He was courteous and knowledgable as was Bob in Finance. We drove our new (used) car home same day. And Minh even drove to our house an hour away after he got out of work to pick up the title to our trade in so we wouldn't have to make another trip down there! The only thing left for us to do is to get our inspection sticker. Thanks Toyota! More

Both cars were purchased new, in 2005, at a Toyota dealership we will not mentioned. After much frustration dealing with this dealership, more negatively than positively, from start to finish, from our huge purchase to a fairly short stint in servicing our cars, we decided to check out Westboro Toyota. Thank goodness we did! We have been so pleased with the service we have received over the years. The Service Department is manned with extraordinary employees, honest, competent, committed and dedicated to provide the highest of standards, when servicing our Toyotas. Westboro Toyota is convenient to our home and holds business hours that are real! Courtesy transportation--the best ever! Recently, we decided that the Camry needed to be replaced after ten years of wonderful existence, close to 300,000 miles on the odometer! We chose Westboro Toyota to purchase a new vehicle since we have had such a marvelous track record using their Service Department. We ventured our this past week to start the process! We were introduced first, to Orlando Rodriguez, on our arrival, by Erik Thorsen, one of our angels in the Service Department! Orlando was friendly, warm,professional, holding impeccable manners! He turned us over to Minh Dang. We were delighted to have Minh as our salesperson. On the onset, we knew we were placed in good hands. Minh is an energetic, engaging, dynamic, involved, personable, and caring gentleman. He holds a wealth of knowledge, resourcefulness and expertise of Toyota products! He was so helpful, extending himself in any way he could to make this such a postive experience. We feel so fortunate to have had Minh as our salesperson. Shortly, we will be behind the wheel of our new Hybrid Camry! This purchase was sheer pleasure! Our experience far exceeded our expectations! Hands down, we know when our Rav 4 needs to be replaced, we will be heading back to Westboro Toyota and will seek Minh to help us once again. Thank you so much! I will never use this service again My troubles started with my first call to this dealership. I had a broken driver-side mirror and needed a new one.The employee was not friendly and ex My troubles started with my first call to this dealership. I had a broken driver-side mirror and needed a new one.The employee was not friendly and explained to me that I have to come first time to order the mirror and the second time to do the job. When I asked whether it is possible to order a new part by phone he answered it is not possible. (I should mention that I bought my car from this dealership 2 years ago and they have all the specifications for my car). Therefore, I bought the mirror from Autozone and brought it to the dealership. The mirror was installed and I paid $15 for the job. In two hours the mirror was loose and I was forced to close the mirror, i was afraid that I will loose it altogether. I called the dealership and they said that I have to come, so they will do their job better. When I came again, it turned out that I had a wrong mirror from the very beginning and it could not be installed. When I asked why they did not tell me that in the morning, they said that it was not their problem. Now they ordered the proper mirror and scheduled my visit in two days. I came at the time, the right mirror was there and has been installed. The girl who helped me said that the old mirror is the car, so that I can return it to the shop. I was very glad but decided to check the mirror. It was not in the car. I returned again and said that I cannot find the old mirror. The girl checked with the master and it turned out that he gave it back to the shop in the dealership. I asked the girl why did she tell me that the old mirror was in the car. She answered: I assumed that it was there. In summary, everybody with whom I dealt in the dealership was absolutely disinterested in my problem: they did not order the right part by phone, they installed the wrong part without notifying me, they lied to me that everything is OK, while it was not. I consider such a service as a disaster More

Very personable staff I recently brought my mother in to look at used Rav 4's. She was a bit nervous as she hadn't bought a car in 14 years.
