I recently had a very serious problem with my 2002 Rav 4. I turned to Bernardi Toyota and National Toyota and was greatly disappointed by their response. I turned to Westboro Toyota, and am so appreciative that they cared to help me. What I learned is that you should buy a car not based on price, as most dealerships will price match, but buy on service. Dealerships have different regional service managers, and Westboro Toyota went the extra mile for me. They did what the others would not do. They value loyalty and customer satisfaction. I will buy my next Toyota at Westboro Toyota...they helped me beyond my expectations! More

Got the job done in one day! Mama had no desire to trade in our 2008 Prius. After insisting we go look at the new models, she relented. Signed up for a new Prius before we left. Would have liked a better choice of color, but as Mr. Ford said, black is good. Only downer is result of MA laws, not the dealer. Took a long time to turn in one car and drive away with another.
