I had a tough time getting to Juan. I was told my car would be ready in 90 mins. But I had to call Juan at least 3 times to know when my car will be ready and he wouldn’t respond/call b I was told my car would be ready in 90 mins. Finally he called close to end of the day to say I can pick up. I under Delays happen. But I expect some communication. After service, my car still shows ‘’maintenance required’. I called again to ask why I see the message and if I need to do something else. No response till now. I wish I don’t have to work with him again. He is either too busy or too rude. More
There is no proper way to deal with parts, service and sales department. I have to get a part that wasn’t installed when I bought my vehicle due to parts shortage. I had an appointment for 2:15 PM for my Toyota Tacoma and arrived at 2:00. However, I was not checked in until almost 2:55. The service was for the 30,000 mile checkup. I had the 90,000 mile service performed on my 2006 Highlander on 7/3. I dropped the car off on 7/2. I was called around 5:00 PM and was told the car was ready. When I arrived I was told that the cooling system service still needed to be done. I waited approximately 35 minutes for it to be completed. Once I got the car and started home the check engine light came on. I returned to the garage and the light was cleared. After having the car home for 4 weeks I noticed that the two rear tires seemed to be low on pressure. I checked the pressure and both tires were reading 21 psi while both front tires were reading 30 psi. It does seem odd to me that they both would be the same pressure. More
