Refusing to give back deposit. Car we agreed to in writing was hit by one of their employees so we could not finish the deal. I was then subjected to high pressure sales tactics for hours and wound up agreeing to a car that was several thousand dollars more than the original car. I cancelled it the next day, they are now refusing to give me my money back. They did nothing to deserve to keep my deposit. The car was not prepared, I know for a fact, because they were pressuring me to bring the rest of the money. Saying they were going to show it to other interested parties. I know that legally they can keep it but it’s unethical. In my book this is theft, plain and simple. Do not shop here! Thieving xxxxxxxx. Anything for a buck. Lowest form of life, worse than ambulance chasers. I’d panhandle before doing what they do to make money, outright theft. Despicable. Idk how they sleep at night. I’m mystified. I guess we didn’t all have proper upbringing so we resort to lies, deception and theft to make a buck. Sickening. Salesman was Tomas, btw, a snake. Don’t trust these people. More

Everyone in the service department was very pleasant but I found this dealership extremely frustrating to deal with. Communication, flexibility, technical knowledge we're all lacking. I had a very simple customization I wanted, to increase the volume of the directional clicking noise. I had two visits and spent hours between researching the problem to find it could be done and trying to communicate this to on-site personnel. I told them how to do it and showed them screenshots and explained it was done in their own Techstream program. First of all only one person had heard of the product and only a few technicians could use it. They wanted to charge me half an hour labor if they could not fix it and an hour labor if they could "find the setting". Foolish me I thought I have to spending 45k on a car they could adjust this setting while I was in for my free one year service. So perhaps it might cost $182, at which point I told them to forget it I could buy an odb2 adapter for $30 on Amazon and change it with the Carista app. I proceeded to do so successfully it took me 5 minutes.
