I reached 10 mins before my scheduled appointment and was told a normal service can take from anywhere from 1hr to 1.5 hrs. After I returned 1.5hrs later, no one had taken a look at my car. I was told that even if I leave my car for an hour, they can’t guarantee it would be service by then. On the other hand, had I reached 20-30 mins late, they would have refused to service my car completely. Best to stay away from this dealership. Wouldn’t recommend this place for any business. More

Made an appointment for oil/filter change only, no tire rotation needed. Got there on time, 12:45, they didn't enter the car into the service area until 1pm, 20 minutes after that, the service advisor cam rotation needed. This was roughly the case. Car was ready and pulled around front. Waiting another 15 minutes for service advisor to give me the papers. 2 ½ hours to change the oil and filter? Will have to try a new dealership. When I made the appt, I asked them to give me a time when they were not too busy that's why it was an odd time of 12:45. Peter Tonelli, your service department is very slow and inefficient. While I was there, I noticed and half a dozen workers, talking and joking around while I was waiting for my car to be entered into the service area. More
I had an incident while on vacation in New Hampshire/Maine, where my car jerked forward while driving just over 30 mph, the door locks were locking & unlocking and error messages were appearin Hampshire/Maine, where my car jerked forward while driving just over 30 mph, the door locks were locking & unlocking and error messages were appearing on the dash screen. I pulled over, turned off the car & checked the undercarriage of the car & everything looked fine. I checked under the hood & everything looked good there. I called a mechanic friend & without seeing the car or pulling codes he couldn't figure it out. So, I restarted the car & was able to get back to where we were staying. The next day after many calls & visits to different places to have codes pulled & have 3 different shops tell me 3 different problems. I had the car towed back to Boston & called my friends at Westboro Toyota. I shared the codes with Alfredo, who talk to Al & they knew of the issue I was having. They advised to drop off the car at any time & I had it towed to them via AAA. Soon, after it arrived they called me to update me that it needed a TCM (Transmission Control Module) replaced along with the seals. I gave them the needed authorization to do the work and a couple of days later I was picking up my car. When I arrived, I was given a complete walkthrough of the repair from beginning to end. They even took the car to the GMC down the road to have it reset. By the way, my car is a 2014 Chevy Equinox. Then, they picked it up and Alfredo had Fabino & Tony do a complete inside & out reconditioning. Bonus: The Recon Team even restored the look of my headlights that were looking pretty rough. I told Alfredo that I had been looking at eBay for two new headlights before I left for vacation. But, I put off buying them until I returned home. Now, I don't need them at all! This is place is absolutely fantastic!!! They're staff is professional, personable, knowledgeable, educational & helpful. I can't praise them enough for all they do to keep me being a happy customer.
