This dealership and their staff are the ultimate liars. We agreed to get my grams who is on a fixed income by the way at a number that works best for her. They said that they got the numbers where they need to be and when we start to do the paperwork we realized that the numbers for $20 more than what we agreed to. This location is just like any other who wants to make their money and can care less about you. Not to mention the fact that they hate when you try to negotiate with them but god forbid if they tell them not to try to pull anything on you.
