Required service was leaking oil which started after previous oil change. Required to pay for broken oil something. How was it broken when previous oil routine service was recent with no leak. Quick response to my arrival…Marcos patiently responded to my detailed request for service…useful information about expected charges for service including my mention of “a rattle under the vehicle”…..waiti to my detailed request for service…useful information about expected charges for service including my mention of “a rattle under the vehicle”…..waiting area was crowded (about 10 people), but still comfortable including “coupon” for cafe use…enjoyable cafe choices…Hourly rate seemed high but expected…Feedback about tech.’s work on my car, the inability to replicate “the rattle”, and recommendations for future tire purchase seemed thorough. It was a “rapid-fire presentation re: the bill so I had to slow Marcos down but I appreciate also the volume of work and calls in this dealership. I spent 3.5 hours there. The charge was near $500…I don’t want to think about the charge when I have to take care of a car problem. It has been rewarding to get good warranty service in the past and I expect to do some price comparisons in the future. I will recommend Westboro, however, for sales and service . More
