Outstanding sale by Leo and outstanding service by General Manager John Dowden and excellent service by service manager Al and his team. Used to patronize Koch Toyota until I went to buy my Toyota Pr General Manager John Dowden and excellent service by service manager Al and his team. Used to patronize Koch Toyota until I went to buy my Toyota Prius Hybrid and received very poor interest by sales staff. My daughter, Sharon Fitzgerald, bought her Toyota RAV4 2021 from Koch Toyota with me and sales and service was fine. We both noticed a big difference in sales and service when Prime Toyota became Koch Toyota. So, I contacted Westboro Toyota to buy a new Car and was pleasantly pleased with meeting Leo in sales. He and his fellow team went way out of the way to get me exactly what I didn’t know I wanted and explained everything. My daughter and I both have Westboro Toyota as our go to Toyota dealer. And my grandson will be ready for a new Toyota in about a year and guess what I’ll be recommending to him as the place to go. I’ll send him to Leo. Thanks for everything. Marti green More
