Kevin C. was very helpful and informative and very nice both times I have worked with him. I was uncertain about a noise I was hearing. I am not sure who John Hansen is. Gary was the only person I dealt with. I like the service you have but there were some unexpected issues that surprised me: 1. I was told give or take an hour but it was close to 2 3/4 hours 2. I had to negotiate my truck out of the garage which was a tight turn. 3. A new sticker was put on for mileage to next service. It was $136,000 miles. My truck was in for 15,000 service. More
