Service department at westboro toyota is awful. On multiple occasions I have showed up and my car was not ready from getting service done. One time it was almost 8 hours for an oil change and this On multiple occasions I have showed up and my car was not ready from getting service done. One time it was almost 8 hours for an oil change and this time it was 7 hours to do a tire pressure monitor. Dropping off the car the night before and then getting a call at 8:30 that the car is checked in and then service isn’t done at 4:30 that afternoon is just awful. More
