I brought my RAV4 in because my seat warmer wasn’t working. I had to call twice to get Juan to call me back. I had to speak to a manager to find out what was wrong with my seat. Poor atmosphere in dealership. Had to move seats to har salesman due to music. Salesman offered no additional customer service. Service prices are very high. Trams ignore you if you walk in the service door. Jodi was great though. She walked me through the work with no xx.
