Westborn Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Service Department I took in my Jeep in late February to have my transmission pan replaced. Ever since I have had nothing but transmission problems. I called and left I took in my Jeep in late February to have my transmission pan replaced. Ever since I have had nothing but transmission problems. I called and left messages 2 times and no one returned my calls. I also noted this on the survey that was sent to me. This morning on the way to work, my transmission was making noise and would not change gears, I had to pull over on the freeway to put my jeep in park and back in drive. I finally was able to get someone on the phone this morning who told me changing the pan had nothing to do with my problems but this started happening the day after I brought it home. I was told I could bring it in but I would be charged for them to look at it. This is the 2nd Jeep I have purchased at Westborn and you better believe I am not coming back. I will post this to the BBB, Facebook, Twitter and wherever else I have to to deter customers from coming here. More
