I will drive the 30 miles from home, passing other dealerships when I need a new car or service, because I know that I am going to be happy. The sales staff is very friendly and professional. No matter what my financial situation is or my need, they seem to find the right car for me. Scott D was my salesman the last few times I've purchased a car. He listens to me and makes suggestions, also works within my budget, giving me the best deal available. I appreciate the time Scott and Jeff R. took with me today and the vehicle they were able to get me in. I am always happy to direct people I know to Westborn. Frank Bentley is the reason car salesman have such a bad reputation. Frank Bentley was the absolute worst salesman I have ever experienced buying a car from. First I was recommended to another salesman i reputation. Frank Bentley was the absolute worst salesman I have ever experienced buying a car from. First I was recommended to another salesman initially. My paperwork was already faxed over and ready. When I get there Frank Bentley has somehow intercepted and now says he's my salesman. He is so fake with all the compliments and chit chat about nonsense to keep from answering your important questions like interest rate, length of finance, cost of vehicle before taxes. HE INSISTED I BRING HIM AND ONLY HIM $500 DOLLARS WHICH HAD TO BE CASH. ALSO I WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO MENTION THIS TO THE FINANCE DEPT. HE WANTED $1000 AT FIRST AND WAS AGITATED WHEN I SAID I WOULD PAY WITH MY DEBIT CARD OR CHECK. HE FINALLY SAID HE COULD ACCEPT $500. I wanted the truck so I agreed. I strongly suspect this went into his pocket and not towards the purchase of my Truck. He sold me a NEW truck that had wheel locks on the rims which I wasn't aware of until I had a flat tire and the tire shop couldn't get the wheel off. I find out they never gave me the key for the wheel locks. I then go to to dealership and the service desk tells me it's up to my salesperson whether or not they can give me the wheel lock key without charging me! Well this arrogant creep Frank leans back in his seat with a smirk on his face and says I bought the car like that so there is nothing he can do. Mind you this is not a used car but new! I ask for a manager and he refuses to get one. Finally a customer goes and gets the manager who immediately comes to diffuse the situation and tells me of course they will provide the key or provide new locks with the new keys at no charge!!! My salesperson Frank Bentley had just taken it upon himself to refuse! Unbelievable!!!! Frank Bentley is a snake I also believe he is a racist, he is very disrespectful once he has made the sale. The other people at the dealership seemed pretty nice and fair I do not understand why they continue to employ this creep. I will also be calling the finance department to inquire about the cash he insisted on and why he was so secretive about it. I will post with an update. I am definitely pursuing my suspicions regarding the cash deposit! More

I took my car to Westborn Chrysler Jeep for an oil change. They not only changed the oil but broke the ODB connector which in turn blew a handful of fuses. They kept my car for 4 days to fix the conne change. They not only changed the oil but broke the ODB connector which in turn blew a handful of fuses. They kept my car for 4 days to fix the connector they broke. Up until this point, my experiences with Westborn have been easy and services were conducted as one would expect. I was actually trusting them. Here's the catch: Westborn then tells me the connector was already broken (it was not), it would have needed to be replaced anyway (it wouldn't) and they need to connect to it to change the oil. Anyone who's ever been to a drive through oil changes knows that one's pure xx. Oh yeah, they want ME to PAY for fixing the connector they broke!!!! Now I don't want them anywhere near my cars. Can you imagine going in for an oil change and giving them free will to break parts of your car just to run up the repair bill? I've never felt so dirty in my life. More
