Shady Business This dealership was awful! The Finance manager (Jeff) was rude & not helpful at all. I will never go back there & I'm telling everyone I know, not to This dealership was awful! The Finance manager (Jeff) was rude & not helpful at all. I will never go back there & I'm telling everyone I know, not to patronize that dealership. They'll rip off your money, they say you're putting down a "deposit" and if you change your mind or something financially comes up they refuse to refund YOUR money. Deposits can be refunded from what I was told by Westborn Chrysler (Scott & Rudy). I've also talked to a manager from another dealership, and was told that this was against the law. Westborn Chrysler is a shady dealership & are looking to rip off people. More
Just Terrible, Please Beware! I don't see how anyone could givr this dealership a positive rate! This is by far the worst dealership ever! Not only did Mike sell me a lemon car, bu I don't see how anyone could givr this dealership a positive rate! This is by far the worst dealership ever! Not only did Mike sell me a lemon car, but they were VERY rude to me when I took my car in for service! Then they quoted me on a price and changed it when it came time for me to pay, claiming to have told me this higher price from the beginning! I asked for my second key to my car, and Mike refused to give me one and preceded to tell me to call the 1800 number to complain! Then when I asked the service guy if my car had been seen yet, he said "maybe" and walked away! They are a bunch of rude crooks! Do not buy from them! Oh, and not to mention I've had to replace my brakes and battery and the driver window stopped working all after less than a year of me purchasing my vehicle from them! But they told me my car was out of warranty already, when my car is a 2012! I should have payed closer attention to the upset customers screaming at them EVERY TIME I went to this dealership! I'm very upset, and I feel cheated! Just terrible! More
Unethical and waste of time I visited the dealership on February 2 and 3 with an interest in leasing a 2015 Grand Cherokee limited. The salesman spent most the first visit trying I visited the dealership on February 2 and 3 with an interest in leasing a 2015 Grand Cherokee limited. The salesman spent most the first visit trying to talk me into another vehicle and zero down. Last I checked, zero down vehicles have higher payments and I didn't come to the dealership to have someone else think for me. I knew exactly what I wanted coming in the door, so I did not appreciate the salesman trying to pressure me into vehicles that they have a problem moving because no body wants them. Not to mention I had already visited another dealership where they produced the actual dealer's invoice of the model I wanted listing the dealer's purchase price, msrp, and employee discount price. Yet, the salesman and finance guy tried to double team me and lie to my face about the price of the vehicle I wanted. They also ran my credit and never disclosed my actual score, but tried to tell me that I wouldn't qualify for the car I wanted. I finally had enough and left. In the end I'm glad I walked because I had no problem getting into a 2015 Infiniti Q50 with the exact same features as the Grand Cherokee Limited and same msrp. Not to mention the payments were only $325 and they disclosed my credit score of 672, which Westbury failed to and tried to use deception to lead me to believe my credit was much worse. I implore all who read this to go to another dealership. I will be posting his everywhere possible to inform the public. More
Jeep Dealership Friendly atmosphere. The sales rep and manager were most helpful in meeting our style and budget needs. Even though they didn't have a Jeep in the c Friendly atmosphere. The sales rep and manager were most helpful in meeting our style and budget needs. Even though they didn't have a Jeep in the color that we wanted on their lot, they were still able to find one very quickly for us; answered all our questions and explained how to use the new features. We certainly would do business with them again. Happy with our purchase. Very satisfied with our experience. More

never ever ever will I ever recommend anyone to go to this dealer! the only reason they received one star on this rating is because I do not have an option to give no stars. I was xxxxxxxxxxx from the mo this dealer! the only reason they received one star on this rating is because I do not have an option to give no stars. I was xxxxxxxxxxx from the moment I walked in, but was done so in such a pleasant attitude that I was led to believe what they were telling me was accurate. I originally contacted Westbourne Chrysler over there add in the auto focus magazine for the Dodge Dart 2013 that they had advertised for $69 per month. factoring in my credit and my interest rate I estimated that my payments would be about $170 per m. I contacted the dealership and spoke to scott d and Brian and set an appointment to come in and look at the vehicles and sign over the paperwork, I was told not only by the advertisement in the paper but by Brian as well is that there would be no money down required. my husband and I had went and talked to him about what we were looking for and what we intended to buy. I was informed that in order for me to have zero money down I needed a cosigner, at which time I left return home to get my grandfather to cosign for my vehicle. my grandfather and I returned without my husband, because he had to go to work, and had them start running the paperwork. all of a sudden I was then informed that the banks were refusing to loan money is for the Dodge Dart because of the "recall" and that none would be available for sale without substantial money down. I later learned that there was no recall on the Dodge Dart and the information I was given about banks refusing to loan money was false. I was then directed to Scott D and was taken to look at the used lot. I specifically stated I did not want a van or truck I was looking for a car, however it took 20 minutes for him to get it through his head I only wanted a car. he finally pointed out an Impala and a Malibu, and the Impala was disgusting hardly worth buying not to mention the mechanical problems I discovered just by taking it around the block for a test drive. I settled on the Malibu simply because I needed a vehicle asap it was a newer nicer lower miles vehicle so I did not think it was going to be such a complicated transaction. I was then referred to Jeff who drafted up the paperwork and to my surprise absolutely none of the paperwork was written in my name, it was solely in my grandfather's he went from being a cosigner to the main holder. we were not once given the actual price of the vehicle, and I was then told by Jeff r that we MUST purchase an extended warranty on the vehicle because the bank would not loan us the money to purchase the vehicle if we did not. I was later informed by not only my banker but a lawyer as well that they cannot force me to purchase a warranty, and that the bank would not refuse the loan if we hadn't. I also brought my insurance and my plates to the dealership at which time I was informed that they did not use existing plates because the banks did not want to put a new car loan on old tags..??? also falls in formation, also an illegal claim. while we were signing the contract and speaking to Jeff are and Scott D I pointed out 3 scuff marks on the vehicle where the paint was missing, 2 bent rims and a missing spare tire. I was then told by both Scott and Jeff that they would fix that for me no problem but I had to wait for them to order the paint and the parts since they were a Chrysler dealership and did not have Chevy paint and parts in stock, but I would be able to come back to the dealer ship within 2 weeks and have everything set up for me fixed painted and squared away. despite my many phone calls and several visits to the dealership they have yet to honor their verbal agreement, and at this time I would like to point out that I have them recorded agreeing to this on my phone, I purchased my vehicle on September 12 and it is now December 12 and no attempts at correcting any of this has been made. I later found out when making my first car payment I spoke with the man at the bank and discovered that my car had four existing warranties factory on the vehicle, and spoke to him about why they would insist I had to purchase an extended warranty for $3000 if I already had existing coverage. he informed me at that time that that was the worst misinformation he had ever heard someone tell him from a dealership and advised me to contact a lawyer. I went to the dealership on October 9th to file the paperwork to cancel my warranty and have my money refunded, I was sent home with the paperwork told to have my grandfather sign it and fax it back which I did that same day, and that my refund would be received by the bank in 4 to 6 weeks. it has now been 2 months and I have not received my warranty refund. I contacted the bank to find out if it was in route or how much longer I would have to wait for the refund and if there was any way to track it. the bank manager told me there was absolutely nothing in the records that he was able to look at and to call the dealership. when I called Westbourne Chrysler I was told they supposedly never received my fax therefore did not file the paperwork, but the odd thing is when I faxed the paperwork I put on the very front page a request to have an email confirmation sent to me within the hour of receiving the fax and to have a photocopy of the completed contract mailed to the address on my contract, neither of which happened therefore I called the dealership 2 weeks after I filed the original paperwork and ask to speak with someone regarding the fax.I was then told by Scott D that the fax has been received and that it had been sent to the company that provided the warranty, and then I was given a confirmation number... so how is it they never received the fax but yet I was told this information 2 weeks after it was originally filed, but when I go into the dealership in person two MONTHS later, magically no one has any idea what I am talking about? do not ever purchased a vehicle new or used from this company, it is nothing but a run around and once they have your signature they just play the stupid card like they don't know what's going on, or that the information you're trying to speak with them on was never received by them. at this time I am in contact with a lawyer due to the fraudulent activity and information this dealership is giving customers, and if anyone else who is having similar problems with this dealership I highly advise you to do the same!!! I'm aware this review is very long and it is sad to say this is only a fraction of the problems I have had in the last four months with this dealership!! More
