The guys at the service desk either need help or need to learn how customer service works. When I have talked with them, I either get the wrong info or a bunch of promises that fall through. Here's a tip, a simple phone call with the correct info goes a long way. After going back and forth with them the resolution to my problem was for me to take my car to another dealership because they could not do the work and the people they would have taken my car to could not do the work. But I had to wait weeks to find this out and I had to call them. They don't have to worry about me buying a car from them, if they run the sales department the same way they run the service dept, you should run away More

Mike Poupore handled the deal and was excellent, he researched my other offers from other local deals and was able to beat the deal and add other incentives for free. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism Mike exhibited and look forward to working with him and Westborn again. More

Took my Chrysler in for recall on the wiring harness and was told it would take 1-2 days but ended up taking 2 weeks.. once I received the call that the car was done I went to west born and waiting 30 mins until someone walked into the service desk and was handed my keys. Once I started my car I knew something was wrong, you could hear my muffler making a loud noise. I pull my car back into the service center and the service manager comes out and I told him what was going on.. he goes ahead and tells me "well it sounds good it has a turbo" my car is a Chrysler 200 with no turbo. I was trying to get my car serviced and have my questions answered. He has the audacity to tell me "sir, Merry Christmas and to come back on Monday". Took the car to a certified mechanic in my neighborhood today 4 days after I picked up the car and the mechanic lets me know that all of my transmissions mount bolts were loose and my motor was tilting because they were loose..... I don't know what type of service center westborn has but loosing bolts on customers cars to bring in more business is disgusting never will I recommend this place to anyone and never will I lease a Chrysler again. Shame on this dealership STAY AWAY FROM WESTBORN!!! More

DO NOT COME HERE Took in my car to check why I had a wobble, they called me back hours later saying that the wheel was loose and that I ruined the wheel bearing, studs Took in my car to check why I had a wobble, they called me back hours later saying that the wheel was loose and that I ruined the wheel bearing, studs, and wheel because I drove on it. I was a bit apprehensive so I requested to wait on the repairs as I wanted a second opinion. They made me tow it out before I could take it to a trusted dealership where I found out that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car besides the lugs needing tightening. UNBELIEVABLE. ABSOLUTE THIEVES! More
They tried a bait and switch. I brought in a 2012 Regal and had 3 years to go to pay it off. They were under the assumption I needed a vehicle. $480/month. Jordan thought he I brought in a 2012 Regal and had 3 years to go to pay it off. They were under the assumption I needed a vehicle. $480/month. Jordan thought he was cute by telling me I have a low credit score. Lol. Tells me $600/month he would get me into a new fully loaded truck. Sure. Immediately he is running the paperwork. 4 hours later and Jordan gone I am introduced to Matt and Jeff the manager...cute guy. I knew I was the smartest one when I entered the room. Hey there they rush me through. Yeah let me see this paperwork. Before even leaving they wrote me for a lease. Hey this is wrong. Leave everything in the lot where only service is open. These guys are actually great. Went above and beyond. Took this bait and switch lease and my paperwork. I walk home where I tear my miniscus. I am a 40 y/o disabled vet and before I would swallow debt I don't want I walk home. I have had 5 surgeries on this knee and should have known better. When I came home I left a voice mail to state how unpleasant I am feeling after just tearing my miniscus after leaving the vehicle they wrote up wring. Even come by 2 hours before opening to see if I can talk to someonw. Jeff..the cute guy..when I mean cute he thinks he is smart. I saved our texts and phone records. First he calls me at 838 am 22 minutes before the dealershipnopens. I sent him a text i am busy. He says he will change it to a buy. So i come in and now a buy price of $905. He tries telling me how much of a deal a lease is for me. Then goes on to say he couldn't even get me qualified for anything less than 18%. He is totally unware I have $15000 in cash to pay off the Buick. He tries bullying me telling me I signed this contract and once again I didn't sign on for a lease but if you want to go by the contract sure I signed on for a lease. I immediately turn the lease in for voluntary repossession. This smart guy Jeff tried telling me to turn in my 300c luxury varvatos fully loaded to chrysler capital. He is only offering 20k. I ran through the numbers and not a chance in xxxx would I eat 13k between 2 vehicles in exchange for a lease. Remember Jeff is a smart guy. He could do these bully tactics. It is illegal. He tried to make me keep the lease and say the Buick is gone. No problem. Voluntary repossession hurts them in every way. The $12k they paid to by my Buick and 2800 they rolled into the lease is the same I owed. I am still owing that 14800 and honestly that buick is being sold on the lots for 17k. Here is where it hurts. That 23k they want me to commit to for 3 years and they get the vehicle back. 30000 miles or less. They don't get it. Now instead of thinking they worked me over and took my Buick for $2000 less and make $7000 off of it total. They keep the Buick and the fully loaded leased Ram Hemi. Sticker price was 47k. Lease 23k. So if the dealer is now given back the keys even with depreciation the vehicle cost covers the lease total. So after multiple days of having asked for the paperwork and Jeff remaining in his smart guy hat he realized it was no longer a ball in his court. I have my lawyer ready and a pic of them pointing to where my Buick is parked. Across the street in the Kroger parkng lot...which the guy in the pic tells they own. They left it there when i dumped the insurance from the orginal paperowork and left it unplated. At this time they stated no paperwork exists. But my Buick which they had the keys to is in a seconday parking lot that they say they own. Why would I unplate my own vehicle? Except our texts Jeff, me insuring a vehicle on your lot and canceling my insurance on the Buick that you have the key for, me canceling the insurance on the lease the moment my hobbling behind came home. You offering to write up a buy, look for a Rebel, etc. To get me back and and offer me a buy for $905/month...so double on what I was paying for the buick. Other than those things happening and the advanced of technology in which it allows me as a former marine to defend what no one can question...my integrity and allow the consumers to realize I worked you. I did nothing but follow the terms of our contract. Chess not checkers. More

We waited 30 minutes for Kevin O'Connor, who, apparently, is the only one who deals with lease turn in's. He acknowledged us while he tended to the coffee. He answered three phone calls while telling us to wait. He did not have time to answer questions. He acted like we were bothering him. i know people who are in the market for a car.
