This was a used car - a Subaru Outback - and his knowledge of the vehicle and helpfulness with the minor repairs and timeframe for those repairs were very helpful in making this purchase. We live an hour drive from the dealership so DaRon’s efforts in coordinating repair timeframes and schedules was invaluable. The repairs were done on time and completely to our satisfaction - all the time with DaRon keeping us updated. copy of 1st review but I did buy 2 cars from them!! I got a pre approval from Capital one at this dealership so I decided to check them out. Mind you I knew what I wanted but they responded to that the I got a pre approval from Capital one at this dealership so I decided to check them out. Mind you I knew what I wanted but they responded to that they only showed me exactly what I was looking for in the prices ranges I was looking for. Jaque {Jack } our salesman was very good at helping me quickly go thru their stock and zero in on exactly what I what they had would fit my bill no BS hard sell or hard negotiating was done quicker than I had ever been in and out of dealer ship. On the they out I commented I need to trade in my boys beat up Durango and get him a better used car and before I knew it Jack had 2 possible directions for me to go and I took one of them so I ended up buying 2 cars in one day from them. Their fiancé dept was also on the spot and easy going they offered me a extended warranty on the used car but no hard sell just asking in case I did or did not . I did take GAP insurance on both cars because that the whole reason I was in their in the first place was a total loss of a vehicle weeks before and I used the GAP. More
