I haven't shopped for a new jeep in 15 yrs & was trading in my baby wrangler that I my Dad, who passed away, helped me buy so you can imagine how sentimental it was to me. Not only did they understand but they went above & beyond being patient with me for over a week as I cycled through trying to find my next 15 yr jeep. I spent so much time really researching & analyzing everything & Bill was with my husband & I throughout every step. When it was time to crunch numbers Eric went above & beyond doing everything to get us in the jeep of my dreams. They weren't pushy, I never felt stressed or uncomfortable, & they had tons of jeeps to pick from & even helped me build many online. The dealership is clean, open, & we were able to have burgers & drinks they provided for the Memorial Day weekend while we spent time looking. I'm driving my dream car now & it's all because of the amazing team at West Valley Chrysler!!! Thank you so much!! More

Diamond in the Rough I had been searching for a Prius for several weeks, and encountered so much disappointment that I was beginning to despair. I would never find a suit I had been searching for a Prius for several weeks, and encountered so much disappointment that I was beginning to despair. I would never find a suitable Prius and my life would be an endless cycle of traversing Los Angeles, test driving cars, and dodging scams and weird mechanical issues. Then I found West Valley Chrysler Jeep's ad on cars.com. I sent a very straightforward message; interested in this 2010 Prius, ready to pay cash for the right car, what's the best price you can offer? Lewis Cureton from WVCJ called me back within an hour or two and immediately named a price that was lower than their asking and extremely fair for that vehicle. This impressed the xxxx out of me because most dealerships will respond to a query like that with "Come check it out and we can talk." SPOILER: I wound up buying it. I test drove it twice, had a mechanic come check it out, and along the way interacted with many of WVCJ's employees. Throughout the process, I found the dealership to be fair, up-front, low-pressure, and generally enjoyable to deal with. Also, if you just sort of sit back and watch the employees you can tell it's a legit business. Everyone is relaxed and seems happy to be at work, and they all get along great. The two salesmen I dealt with the most were Lewis Cureton and Gordon Meyer. Lewis initiated the relationship and quoted the price (as I mentioned), and Gordon was the salesman who helped me work through the final phases of the sale. They were both wonderful and I would totally buy from both again. The whole process was very transparent, and the amazing quote I started with was never questioned or altered. Also, they had an additional employee whose name I can't recall who was a former Toyota mechanic. When I had questions about Priuses in particular, she was summoned from the shop and was able to answer them in detail and educate me about the mechanical nuances of these amazing cars. Once I had pulled the trigger and bought the car, the dealership's manager Eric Van Ace came out to introduce himself and congratulate me, and there was a funny little ritual involving a gong. Everyone was super nice. A great experience start to finish. My only complaint (and it's a minor one) is that WVCJ doesn't allow its vehicles to go off-site for 3rd-party inspections. They're very accommodating if you bring in your own mechanic though, so it was a minor hassle and not a red flag. It cost me a couple bucks extra to bring in the mobile mechanic but ultimately not a big deal at all considering how great the rest of the experience was. And I understand the policy; they have such a huge inventory that keeping track of vehicles going off-site would be a huge headache and probably screw up their schedule. Also they have an awesome repair shop on-site and they make sure all the vehicles they sell are in good shape. I probably didn't need a 3rd-party inspection at all but for me the extra dough was worth the peace of mind. So yeah, overall a wonderful experience. 5/5 stars, would buy again. I'll update the review if my Prius explodes or something but if you're looking for a new vehicle and WVCJ has one you're interested in, you probably can't go wrong by doing business with them. More
