In addition to making the wait(which was due to triple A dropping my trade in vehicle late), bearable, Kevin K made me feel very confident that my car(older and with higher mileage than I originally planned for, BUT OH MAN I LOVE THIS CAR AND IT RUNS GREAT!!!) would last me throughout university, which is calming. I was able to get a great deal on the car itself, and the warranty, and I was able to trade in my junk old car! I walked in a little skeptical, as this was my first purchase from a dealership, so I wasn't too sure what I was be in for, but I was so fortunate to be served with great hospitality, a FANTASTIC deal, and a car that I love. Great car buying experience! West Valley was awesome. After completing a TrueCar estimate. Jason Crawley called me 5 mins later. I was inclined to do an order and he didn't pressu West Valley was awesome. After completing a TrueCar estimate. Jason Crawley called me 5 mins later. I was inclined to do an order and he didn't pressure me to do an inventory buy. Came down to the dealership two days later and placed an order. In the interim I had gotten an estimate from the Palmdale Chrysler dealership (they had finally gotten back to me when I did my initial TrueCar estimate) for $700 less. I texted Jason asking if they could match and in less than an hour he said he could beat it and West Valley did, no hassle. I took delivery 3 weeks early. Great car buying experience! More
