Jared, Ryan, Pat and Jeff are an awesome group of people. Great selection. My wife and I drove about 100 miles to work with Jared. I can tell you, its worth the drive. I had a great experience from start to finish. They were courteous throughout, and made every effort to get us a vehicle with all the features we wanted. We stopped in late on a Friday after seeing some dea courteous throughout, and made every effort to get us a vehicle with all the features we wanted. We stopped in late on a Friday after seeing some deals they were featuring on the internet, and Tony LaPlant showed us some available vehicles. He was out the next day when we returned, but Justin stepped in and gave us his full attention, and helped us finish a deal. This is a great place to do business. More

The car we wanted to buy was not there when I arrived to buy it. It had been sent out as a loaner. Came back the next day and it took multiple hours to finalize deal. When we checked out the car there wa buy it. It had been sent out as a loaner. Came back the next day and it took multiple hours to finalize deal. I was hearing a lot of good thinks about it from friends who got vehicles there. So I looked at there web site and made a few calls about a vehicle I liked and went in and hooked up with a sales person and who got vehicles there. West metro sold my wife a car knowing that the tires had to be replaced. Was this taking advantage of a woman.???? I hav no other conclusion, but Yes, discrimination. Assumining that she wasn't smart enough to see that the tires were bad according to Michelin and they knew that, West metro knowingly sold this car to my wife with out notifying her . We had purchased vehicles from West Metro in the past and had vehicles in for service several times, I have always had great service when dealing with the service department. We had planned just to stop and had vehicles in for service several times, I have always had great service when dealing with the service department. We had planned just to stop and "look" at a jeep for my wife....well a few hours later we bought it for her.....on my birthday. When we had come back after a test drive, our salesman Tony had a strawberry sundae for me! Great thing is they were not pushy and took the time to answer our questions.
