Jody was more than helpful, and never once tried to sell me anything. We went through the options and figured out what worked for me. When it came to the actual sale, things went very smooth. Even after buying my truck, I've called Jody on a couple occasions with questions that have come up and she is always willing to help me out. Overall great experience! This is the third car we have purchased with Lloyd Hemenway. We just traded in our Equinox and got a great value back for it. We are even more excited that we have a lower payment than we did before. John was great in assisting with the test drives and getting the vehicle information for us. He also helped our friend start her first car shopping experience as well. Paul from fiance explained the paperwork in a manner that any could understand what's going on and what you are signing. Brad provided excellent customer service throughout our whole visit - from the first vehicle we test drove to the very end when we drove away in our car that had been cleaned, detailed and gased up. He really did go the extra mile to help us out, which was nice since we wanted to take care of everything that day. I also appreciate Lloyd getting back to me right away regarding a couple of issues after the sale of vehicle. He definitely made up for the other not-so-good customer service experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
