The only reason I rated Customer Service and Quality of Work a 3 (OK) is because of some issues I had following the purchase of my vehicle. Brad provided excellent customer service throughout our whole visit - from the first vehicle we test drove to the very end when we drove away in our car that had been cleaned, detailed and gased up. He really did go the extra mile to help us out, which was nice since we wanted to take care of everything that day. I also appreciate Lloyd getting back to me right away regarding a couple of issues after the sale of vehicle. He definitely made up for the other not-so-good customer service experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

I found the car we were interested in on the internet on a Sunday but the price wasn't listed so I emailed them not expecting a response until Monday. They responded by 5:30PM Sunday! On Monday we met our salesman a nice no pressure kind of a guy. After we made the deal, while our salesman was gathering the paper work, this gentleman came over and sat down with us to make sure we were happy with the car and the deal. I later found out this was the owner of the dealership. Overall we had a great experience, were treated with respect, no stress and for the first time acutualy enjoyed buying a car. More

The only reason they got a 4 on quality of work, was because the office staff had some minor paperwork issues (names spelled incorrectly) that no one caught until after all of the paperwork was signed and the vehicle was delivered.
