Great service! I did an online search for a new vehicle. I can't across this Silverado at West Metro. I went in on a Thursday night to test drive the vehicle. I paid a deposit to hold the vehicle until Saturday so I could discuss with my wife. I was approved for financing and a GM credit card on Friday. I went Saturday to sign and the process went so smooth! They even gave me a great offer for my trade in. Derek was sure to keep me in the loop of the process and progress of kg purchase. I signed out with Jim on Saturday and was able to get GAP and an extended warrenty that is transferrable! More

He responded to all of my email inquiries timely and was patient and low pressure. My online research lead me to West Metro Buick GMC and Jared's responsiveness and high service was what really drew me in. It was worth the drive! Jim in finance was great to work with too. He explained all of our options and made the process as painless as possible.
