My wife and I spent months researching cars online on our own while looking for a used GMC Acadia. Turns out this vehicle really holds its value so it was very difficult to find one in good condition with lo own while looking for a used GMC Acadia. Turns out this vehicle really holds its value so it was very difficult to find one in good condition with low miles and that had all of the features we wanted. We were reaching the point where we were either going to have to settle and get less than we wanted to or fly around the country trying to find what we wanted. We visited several dealerships in the Twin Cities to look at the Acadia's they had on their lots but they were all over priced or not in good shape with the miles we wanted. I asked several dealerships if there was a way for them to tap into their nation wide listings of cars to find the vehicle I wanted and they all said no. Until we went to West Metro Buick GMC. We talked to Brad and he showed us a couple of the Acadia's they had on their lot and none of them were right for us. Brad realized then that we knew exactly what we wanted. So 5 minutes later we were sitting in Lloyd's office and he pulled up a perfect match on his dealer auction site. The features were great and the price was great. After months of searching with no luck we had exactly what we wanted in 10 minutes at West Metro Buick GMC. Wow! I wish I had looked them up originally. It took a couple of weeks to get the Acadia shipped here but it was worth the wait. Lloyd and Brad really did a great job getting us what we wanted! Also working with Paul for the financing was great. Everything went quick and worked exactly as we expected. The rates were great and fees were more than reasonable. Paul really knows what he's doing and seems to enjoy helping people get what they want. We will only be buying from West Metro Buick GMC in the future. Best Dealer in MN! More
