We searched a 150-mile radius from our location and found several to check on. After further contact it narrowed our selection down to just a few. West Metro had one of these vehicles. We emailed them and were immediately contacted by Jared Nebel. West Metro was at the outer limits of our 150 mile search but Jared was more than happy to send the car down to a convenient location on a Saturday so we could look at it and test drive it. After seeing the car my wife decided it was the one she wanted. I phoned Jared about some small issues with the car that he told us would be tended to immediately and we worked out an agreeable price. He then said he would deliver the car to our door. Jared was great to work with. West Metro's customer service is outstanding. They want to make sure you get the car you're looking for and that car is in great condition. After working with Jared and being in business for many years I can tell you that all of West Metro's people must be great because that just doesn't happen with one outstanding person, it's a company philosophy and commitment to excellence. HANDS DOWN #1 DEALERSHIP! We have bought our last 4 vehicles from West Metro and we have always had excellent customer service! From the service department to sales to parts and to financing... they clearly are the best dealership around! We went to West Metro with the intention of 'just looking'. A sales guy came out and asked what we were looking for and we couldn't find a used crossover vehicle on the lot that fit what we were looking for. He told us he had the perfect crossover at the St Cloud location and had that vehicle transferred to Monticello for us to look at. We loved it and decided to purchase it after test driving it. We got it home and it started to have some mechanical problems so we called West Metro right away to let them know what was going on. They hands down took care of us (on more than one occasion) and made sure the vehicle was up to standard for us. We wouldn't ask for better service. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle West Metro is the place to go! They are loyal and dedicated to their customers and that's why we keep going back! More

I have great credit, great salary and was financially stable. The only issue i had was I had a car worth $4000 and still owed $9500 on it and only had a small down payment. I had many dealerships contact me and many told me they couldn't help me because of my negative equity. I was contacted by ken and the awesome experience started. He treated me like my situation was bad and he was going to try the best he could to get me a newer car. After sending a few requested documents his way. He called me 30 mins or so later and said, " Austin, I think we can make something work. When can you come in?" I told him today. I went in on Monday and he had to work with a few members of his team to figure the best deal he could give me. Kent was absolutely amazing! After about 3-4 hours of being at the dealership Kent and Cody came to a conclusion with the help of Kent's Boss. It was so awesome. He came to me and said lets go test drive. We test drove a Verano and I loved it, I told him for payments i wanted to stay between about $400-450 and they gave me a payment of $389 including XSwear. Awesome. Cody made the paper work and financial stuff super easy to understand and it was great. Being a regional sales trainer of Samsung for over 150 stores I have brought up my car and the dealerships names many times and have told family and friends to come see you guys! I can't wait to get my new car from you guys in the future! More
