Husband wanted a truck, wife wanted a crossover, guess who won? We looked at Toyota Landcruiser, just couldn't imagine towing ANYTHING with a Toyota SUV/Crossover. The Ford Explorer was a little too costly for the features, and with a shorter wheelbase, didn't feel as stable. The Dodge Durango Citadel was cool, but again, a bit overpriced, although a 5.7L Hemi would have been cool...My lovely wife climbed into the drivers seat of the Acadia and that was it, she was sold. After a fair amount, well let's say "quite a bit" of option changing, SLE-2 vs. SLT-1, leather vs. cloth, Navi vs. no Navi we were set.
