This was my first experience purchasing a car. I stopped and a number of dealerships just to browse and at each one I felt pressured and hassled. That was definitely not the case at West Metro. I worked with Corey Nelson who was very easy to work with (as was everyone I was in contact with at the dealership). I never once felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and Corey did a wonderful job answering all my questions I had, which were many considering this was my first purchase. As I was leaving I was fortunate enough to speak with the owner briefly. At the time I didn't know Jeff was the owner and I would have never imagined it based on how friendly and down to earth he was. He was a genuinely a very nice guy. I have also went back for regular service on my vehicle and Jamie is also wonderful to work with. Her customer service and basic knowledge is second to none. As I searched for a new pick-up, I was unable to find a dealer in my area that would accomodate my needs, as well as price, for a new pick-up. I found 2011 GMC Acadia on the internet, after I contacted the dealer about the vehicle, I got e-mail with more information about the car. I called and spoke with Jody about the price and the vehicle. I had to fly in to MSP from CMH (Columbus, Ohio). West Metro dealership pick me up from the airport in the morning, and by noon I was driving home to Ohio. Good price, cheeper documentation fees, and fast service help to overcome the big distance of +800 miles I have to drive home. More
