I have had great experiences both times I have gotten vehicles through them. They provide very good service and follow through from the entire team (sales, general manager & finance). I'm a very loyal customer when treated well, and West Metro has exceeded my expectations both times. I also had a new vehicle within the next day of checking into switching out of my lease for a new one. I don't like to waste time and know exactly what I want in a vehicle. I appreciate Jeffrey listening to my requests, as well as being prompt on finding the right vehicle for me. They strive to make their customers happy, and do a great job with making them feel like part of the family!! More

Pat was available to take our trade in for a drive. He was very genuine in offering us a fair trade in value. He ensured we received the rebates we were entitled to as well. Both Jared and Pat were top notch to work with. We were thankful to have done business at West Metro because we felt we could trust them. Plus, they wanted out business and were attentive.
