It helped that I knew what I was looking for and was able to review inventory online, Kent set me up with financing basically over the phone, so all that was left when I got there was to take the car for a test drive and sign the paperwork! Unfortunately I asked a couple questions that I didn't get truthful answers to. The pickup had a funny smell on the interior, but when I asked I was told that is the smell of the upholstery cleaner they u get truthful answers to.
