Prices were among the lowest I found while searching the internet and our sales consultant, Cian, was friendly and knowledgable about the product. They were fair and honest in negotiating the purchase (including trade) and I didn't feel pressured to purchase aftermarket products (warranty, GAP, etc). I arranged my own financing in advance and was in and out of the dealership in about an hour with a new vehicle. More

Corey was great to work with. Very professional and never pressured us into anything. Even though the dealership was busy, we got the attention we needed from Cory. We would definitely work with him and recommend him to anyone. Ryan was very pushy, very unprofessional. We were very upset and almost left without a vehicle. I was in shock at the price of the loan we were talking about setting up. I understand trying to sell service contracts and gap insurance, but to have them included in the loan before even talking about them, I did not like it at all. When we were going over the service contract, Ryan would not stop pushing us to add it on. We clearly said no, but then he would try another angle and try again. We said no and shared our reasons, but it was never heard. Gap insurance was the same way, he said we needed it, we said no, he pushed back that we really needed it. We did not want it. When a comment was made that we would just refinance with another company, the unprofessionalism really showed. He came at us asking if we had a personal check as he wouldn't set up the loan as he has to pay to set it up. We said we did not have one and he was asking if we had a check from the credit union which again we did not. He asked again if we had a personal check as he would not set up the loan. I again said NO. I told him the other dealerships said we could finance through them and then refinance. He made a comment as to not understanding why as they need to pay to do it. At that time I was ready to walk away from this truck. I was done with being treated so rudely. My husband told me later he was also ready to walk away due to the rudeness. If I would have known that, we would not have stayed. I was more than confused as to what we were actually doing after that. We signed papers and were walking out, I had no idea we were taking the truck home, but we did. My husband said we signed a sheet saying if we did not bring check back the original loan would be set up. So if we did not bring a check, the loan would have been set up, but it could not be set up that day (what is the difference) poor customer service. We did bring a check on a day we knew Ryan would not be there just so we did not have to see him. The interesting thing in working with the credit union, the person we worked with talked about their gap insurance coverage, how it works, the difference with the price of the truck compared to price of the loan and we ended up taking the coverage for $350 instead of $500 and coverage is much better. We were never pressured, just informed. We are happy with the truck and Corey was wonderful to work with. Thank you! More
