Service was relatively quick which was a good thing. Brought in my Jeep for a basic oil change. Found out at checkout the price was over $60 and that was with a coupon!? Most every Jeep dealership I’ve ever felt with has an oil change for around $30... what’s special about this one? Also, my check engine light is on and nothing notated on my paperwork about it or was it mentioned at check out. Customer service needs some work. More

Awesome Service Department While on a trip to Florida in our 2015 RAM Eco Diesel, it displayed a throttle control error and went into the limp mode. We drove it to the closest d While on a trip to Florida in our 2015 RAM Eco Diesel, it displayed a throttle control error and went into the limp mode. We drove it to the closest dealership in Georgia, 200 miles from Knoxville. Within a week they claimed to have found the problem but, the same error code appeared in less than a mile of drive. After approximately 30 days, they diagnosed the problem as the EGR cooler. This was an existing recall with the parts on national back order. FCA assisted in expediting parts shipment and after about 2 months, the pars arrived. With the help of FCA and Jim Cogdill service manager, we attempted to have the truck brought back no Knoxville but the Georgia dealership would not release the parts. After 81 days, we received a text stating that the truck was repaired. After test driving, the same code appeared and went back into limp mode. We then noticed 2 boxes in the back seat floorboard and the engine housing cover in the truck bed. The boxes contained the new parts. The new EGR cooler and intake manifold had not been installed even though the repair ticket had been signed as completed. After a phone call, FCA authorized Jim Cogdill to pick up our truck and take back to their service department. After it’s arrival, the truck was repaired within 24 hours. Roger Boatner and his service technicians are awesome! The dealership in Georgia is Don Jackson Dodge in Union City. Their level of incompetence is mind boggling. Thank you, Jim Cogdill!! More
Service Department - repeat issue with vehicle, 5 months ago My wife made an appointment a week ago, concerning an engine issue in our van that they worked on 5 months ago. The service person, Mark P, was rude a My wife made an appointment a week ago, concerning an engine issue in our van that they worked on 5 months ago. The service person, Mark P, was rude and dismissive from the very start. He blamed my wife for not giving the whole problem when she called, instead of what his peer wrote down. So, there was no engine tech there to look at our vehicle. But, Mark still wanted us to leave our vehicle there, with no ETA of when it would be looked at. The date is 11/7 and the earliest known time for a tech is 11/14. Mark disrespected my wife twice in the communication. Mark was very combative from the beginning and he did not try to find out who took my wife’s phone call, a week ago. We have since found someone else to check out our vehicle in a few days. I have heard bad things and I have seen bad reviews of the service department and our experience solidifies this fact. Never again. More

My husband and i took are van in my husband is a retired mechanic so he know his cars he took it in to doge and said i think i know whats wrong with it i believe it a miss fire the mechanics said no thats not whats wrong these things hardly have problems on miss fire thats very rare for a 2011 doge carevan. I took a look at it and its the coil thats whats wrong with it says the mechanic. My husdand says okay ill buy the parts for the coil here and fix it my self. The mechanic says okay it was 56 for the parts and a 100 for him to look at it. So my husband puts a new coil on it and it still dosent work its still feeling like its miss fireing! So he takes it back and tells them its still not running right and the mechanic gets so mad and tells my husband maybe u didnt do it right. My husband says i did it fine its still has a miss fire in it. So after arguing for 20 minutes the mechanic says okay fine ill take a look again. 30 minutes later the mechanic says okay its the miss fire. My husband say like i said. So my husband says how long is it going to take to fix the mechanic say 7 days. My husband says do u offere rentals cuz that a long time and we have three kids that are very active in sports. They say no we dont do that. Then the mechanic says its going to coast 600$ to get fixed my husband says no its under my warrantie it shouldnt coast me anything? The mechanic argued again with my husband. Then finally he pulled it up on the computer and said okay maybe it will cover it!! Then my husband demaded his money for the coil that we didnt need and they said no. After 7 days go by they still havent fixed are car no calls nothing. My husband calls them and they say it should be done by wensday!!! Tues afternoon they say its done finally!!! We go to pick up are car my husband xxxx as he is asked the service manger to give him back his money? The service manger say fine ill give u back ur money just to get rid of u not to admit that he was wrong. And then told my husband to never come back. They are awful people!! They dont care they didnt make money off of us so the treated us like xxxx!!! Tim heatherly and roger boatner i hope u treat ur customers better then u treated us!!! More

Dishonest I purchased 4 new tires from them in October 2016. In February of 2017 I had a blowout with one of these new tires while driving on the interstate. I purchased 4 new tires from them in October 2016. In February of 2017 I had a blowout with one of these new tires while driving on the interstate. I first called to see if the tire was covered under a warranty - they told me it was and to bring it on out and they would put a new tire on. When I got there - they didn't have the tire in stock (it was also a Friday). They told me I would have to wait until it "came in" on Monday or Tuesday (meanwhile - I was still driving on the spare tire - from South Knoxville to Hardin Valley for work- I was never offered a loaner car or the option to get a different tire). When the tire came in - they had two service men pick up my car from my workplace, they changed the tire, and I picked up my car that afternoon - I was presented a bill - they just handed over my keys told me to have a nice day, etc. On Friday, July 14, 2017 - I received a letter from a collection agency stating I had been turned over to collections because I owed an unresolved $113 bill. I have never received an invoice or even a phone call from them stating this money was owed! After talking to a rep from the collections agency - I explained to her that the tire was under warranty. She called Dodge - they told her the tire wasn't under warranty. Thank goodness I saved a copy of everything- original purchase & the warranty information. I will never do business with them again. More

I immediately called the manager Randy Ford who told me he would have someone call me back the next day, and of course, we never got a phone call. Here's how this started: We brought our jeep in for the second time, for the same exact issue regarding some shaking and rattling in our jeep. The same exact tech was there when my husband dropped it off for the second time. Your tech was specifically told that the jeep needed to be driven for a few miles to warm up, in order to gauge what the issue was. The tech had to drive my husband to work and was shouting at him swearing relentlessly. My husband felt threatened and was confused as to why the tech was swearing at him and shouting. He said nothing as he was worried they would do something to harm our jeep, so he got out of the car when they arrived at his work and had to hope for the best. 10 hours later my husband was dropped off at the dealership by a coworker. They lied on the invoice after our jeep being there from 8:15am to 6:30pm. The mileage was recorded fraudulently as my husband took videos and pictures of the actual mileage they returned it at. They claimed they drove it for over 6 miles when they didn't even put on a mile and a half. The issue would not have been able to be gauged at such a low mileage as my husband clearly told them when he dropped it off. This is the second time this has happened, our jeep is still not fixed, nor has ever even been looked at. So, not only have we wasted two entire days of our jeep being in this dealership, but we still have the same issue that has not been fixed, and my husband was screamed at with profanity by a technician. Then, after calling the manager Randy Ford, absolutely nothing was done. This will be posted with more detail on every review site I can find, along with shared through every social media outlet we have. I want everyone to know what this dealership is all about. Just look at their reviews on here people, do not bring your vehicle to them. We were clearly treated like garbage. More
RUDE, NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in March 2015. The sales rep, Kevin Grady was great! One of the best salesman I have ever met. HOWEVER, now that I have to deal with the service department for maintenance and other issues, it has been the worst experience ever! Roger who is in service is one of the rudest, nastiest humans that I have ever encounter. Instead of being helpful and trying to resolve the problem, he is rude and defensive and treats you like you are the problem. The service department is not helpful in giving you advice or direction on what to do about your car issues. They act very dump and aloof which makes customers feel they are very incompetent. Save yourself from a huge HEADACHE and do not use their service department! Terrible!!!!! More
