Placed a special order part for a Chrysler. Paid $33.00 and was told it would be 5 days for shipping and they would let me know when it was in. 2 weeks later I call to find out if the part is Paid $33.00 and was told it would be 5 days for shipping and they would let me know when it was in. 2 weeks later I call to find out if the part is in….and after 15 minutes on hold - I was told it was in but they couldn’t find it. I was told that when the guy who signed for it got back, he would give me a call. I never received a callback so drove to the dealer and voice my concerns with the GM. He wasn’t immediately available so I waited. After waiting 15 minutes decided to go back to parts and get my part. After 10 minutes of looking, I informed the lady that was looking to just give me my receipt and we would go talk to the GM about a refund. She said no problem and then proceeded to disappear for 5 minutes so I went back to talk with the GM. He did listen to my concerns and agreed that the service was not what they strive for and took my name and number and agreed to issue me a full refund. I left to order the part from Harper. 10 minutes later, I get a call from the parts department and they could my part if I still wanted it…..no thank you. Proceeded to order it at Harper for 33% less!! Won’t be going back for parts or a car. More
I have a 2022 ram 2500 I paid $100,00. 00 for my trick. Check engine light is on they said in the beginning apump was out def told me they would have to keep my truck. I rented the car got home they call Ed me says Myers filter is bad and I had bad DEF none it under warranty said it would cost me $1300.00 to repair I told the service person that was stupid I was not paying that much for a repair not to fix it I would come and get my truck. They charged me $143.00 I went to talk to GM told the GM the issue calks the service department. They change the story to just bad DEF three hundred dollars to fix it . I told the GM THAT THIS THE 4TH VEHICLE IVE BOUGHT FROM THEM and my last that they lied to me his service department he says he was trying to help me but I don't understand how in 10 minutes we went from $1300.00 to now 300.00 just because I called them out on it in the end I didn't get mad or raise my voice I just told him his service depart lies and I would take my truck somewhere else and that I wouldn't buy another vehicle from them his response was to slam his office door so hard that the pictures fell off the wall. So now I know his service department has no customer service skills because there leader THE GM has none I hope the owners read this. I used to think thus was a honest and good business but not anymore More

I had my Chrysler Pacifica in for service because the engine light had come on. I was told there was two solenoid that needed to be replaced and the cost would be $900. I told them I would get a second engine light had come on. I was told there was two solenoid that needed to be replaced and the cost would be $900. I told them I would get a second opinion. They had my car for two and a half hours and I had also asked for my right front tire to be balanced. They charged me $196 for finding the problem and another $30 for tire rotation and balance when I had only asked for one tire to be balanced. They then took $15 off my charge for the tires but left the $196 for finding the reason for my engine light being on. I left there and went to an O'Riley's auto store and luckily the person who helped me was a mechanic. He pulled out a hand held device that checked my engine light being off and told me I only needed the engine solenoid replaced. He looked up the part and I had a choice between a $21 solenoid or a $43 solenoid and he recommended the latter. I bought it and he went out to my Pacifica with me and showed me how to remove and replace the solenoid. It took all of about 15 minutes to do. The engine light went off after replacement of the engine solenoid. I paid him an extra $25 for his help.. I will NEVER return to Gogdill Dodge for ANYTHING. I was lied to and ripped off for a total of over $200 all for the 15 minute replacement of an auto part that costs $43 and 15 minutes to replace! Your Service Department is a complete sham! More
Do not take your car here for service. They’ve had mine for over 2 weeks because they refused to call our warranty company and tried to make us pay over $2,000 out of pocket instead and wouldn’t start on m for over 2 weeks because they refused to call our warranty company and tried to make us pay over $2,000 out of pocket instead and wouldn’t start on my car until we did. We then had to call the warranty company ourselves and tell them everything going on in order for them to start repair after a week and a half. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was rude and never called back when they said the would. More
We were traveling from out of town and I had An issue come up with our truck. We called the service department the next morning and they had us come in and they looked at our truck as soon as we got ther come up with our truck. They pulled the truck in right away and had their service tech look at it and quickly found the problem. I took longer to get the warranty approval than it did to fix it. It was a third party warranty. We were out in a short time and back on the road. Great service! More
